RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your receiving your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@braitahhub.com.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@braitahhub.com.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Order Processing & Delivery Time
International orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time for international shipments is 21-30 days from the date of dispatch. This delivery timeframe is based on the following factors:

Logistics and Transportation: The global logistics network often experiences fluctuations due to distance, customs clearance, and various modes of transportation (air, sea, or land). These factors may extend the expected delivery time.
Customs Clearance: International orders are subject to customs regulations in the destination country. Processing time for customs can vary, potentially delaying the shipment beyond our control.
Geographical Distance: The further the shipping destination from our warehouses, the longer the transit time. Remote or rural areas may also take longer to deliver to.
Carrier Delays: Shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or peak shipping seasons (e.g., holiday seasons), leading to extended delivery times.
Local Handling & Distribution: Upon arrival in the destination country, local delivery services may have their own schedules or delays which are beyond our control.
Payment Terms
Payment for all international orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and international wire transfers. Orders will not be processed until the full payment is received.

Import Duties and Taxes
The recipient of an international order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise customers to consult their local customs office for details.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the order. Any additional fees incurred due to customs regulations or specific country import rules are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that international tracking may be limited once the package arrives in the destination country, depending on the local courier service.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made in accordance with international shipment contracts. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. While we ensure careful handling, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Non-Deliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the package is undeliverable for any other reason (including failure to clear customs), the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of international shipping and customs regulations, all international sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order, and we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or disruptions to global shipping networks.
